Topinambur is planted in spring and sold in specialist shops from the end of summer.
Our Commercial Farm works in an environmentally friendly way.
The processing techniques are similar to the organic production ones, i.e. with no chemicals, in order to guarantee the quality and properties of Topinambur.
The harvest is done by hands in order not to damage the tuber; the same occurs with the washing and packing processes.
Quality is at the bottom of the processing technique, and together with knowledge and selection of the best tubers it offers the customers the pleasure to taste a great product, whose quality has been improved for twenty years experience.
