Ricette con i topinambur


Topinamburs trifolati (cooked in oil with parsley and garlic)

Ingredients for four people

• 600 g Topinambur
• 2 cloves
• 1 spoon chopped parsley
• Some stock
• 5 spoons olive oil
• Pepper
• Salt

How to prepare it

Scratch, wash and slice Topinamburs. Cook 5 spoons oil in a pan, add garlic and roast it. Then remove the garlic and pour Topinamburs, add salt, pepper and mix. Cook with cover on a middle flame and add stock some times. Dress with parsley and serve.
